Meet The Founder
Web accessibility is a subject very near and dear to my heart! I have a personal stake in accessibility as I am part of the disabled community. I have “lived” experience with disability as I am a full-time wheelchair user.
I care deeply about creating inclusive product experiences. Being a part of the a11y community, I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges. Access to information, including the Web, is a basic human right. Pursuing this area of expertise through education and advocacy is my passion.
Twenty Second Designs empowers businesses to confidently meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and comply with all federal and provincial accessibility laws.
How I Can Help
My mission is to help organizations with accessibility audits and improvements based on Accessible Design principles. Making the web accessible benefits everyone—individuals, businesses, and society. Digital accessibility is not just the right thing to do – it’s the law! We are dedicated to meeting all government requirements under Canadian legislation (ACA, AODA), Technical Standards (EN 301 549) and International Human Rights Treaties (CRPD). Together, we will build a strong and accessible online presence that goes beyond just having a website!
